An Omaha native, Andy has been the owner and CEO of Nebraska Realty since 2009. He started his real estate career in 2001, right after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in exercise science, and since then, he has been dedicated to an industry that significantly impacts the lives of so many people. In 2004, he was promoted to general manager of DEEB & Associates Real Estate and eventually purchased the company in 2009—renaming it Nebraska Realty in 2015. He is passionate about making Nebraska Realty a fantastic company for its agents and staff, clients, and the communities in which they serve.

Ethan is the epitome of the word ‘entrepreneur’. A well-known and respected force in the Omaha community, Ethan is responsible for starting up some truly creative businesses that run the gamut from hair salons to speak-easies. His creativity and vision can be seen in The Berry & Rye, Via Farina, Wicked Rabbit, Laka Lono, Victor Victoria Salon and The Monarch Restaurant located in the historic Hotel Deco. Ethan focuses on creating truly unique guest experiences within every project, while promoting creativity within the Greater Omaha Community.
